factorisation

Look for some simple math factorisation of numbers below. Guys i have a simple example to show you how you can factorise a simple term.

Example 1:

Factorise 4x2 + 8x + 4

Solution:

We need to Simplifying below

4x2 + 8x + 4

Reorder the terms:

4 + 8x + 4x2

Factor out the Greatest Common Factor (GCF), '4'.

4(1 + 2x + x2 )

Factor a trinomial.

4((1 + x)(1 + x))



Answer is 4(1 + x)(1 + x)
